Today, I was using my smart phone Coolpad Cool1 Dual. I bought it few days ago. So I wanted to know detail specification and performance about this phone. So I downloaded Antutu Benchmark and opened this app, then suddenly this message had pop up- "Screen Overlay Detected"!
The Reason: This message generally appears on the screen when you’re running floating apps, and then start a newly installed one, which requests access rights. Such as floating apps include the chat heads of Facebook Messenger that can appear floating above other apps. Drupe, ES File Explorer, CleanMaster, Lux , Twilight and so many apps are behind this problem.
Mobile List: Coolpad Cool1 Dual C103, Samsung Galaxy J5, J5 Prime, J7, Grand Prime+, A5 2017, S6, Note 4, Motorola Moto X, Moto G, Turbo Droid, Techno W3 and so many models of smart phone are facing this problem. So claim your solution now.
Solution 1: If you had installed any apps mentioned above, Un-install it.
Solution 2: If your problems are still unsolved, then go to google playstore and install "Install Button Unlocker". Or you can download it from this link below:

- Open this app, you’ll see a button called “Status check of screen overlay”, click on that.
- Now if there is any app running with screen overlay permission, it’ll detect and will show “[OK] Screen Overlay is not running” or [NG] Screen Overlay is running.
- If it shows screen overlay is not running, you don’t have to worry or do anything.
- If it shows screen overlay is running, it’ll also show the list of apps using this on that page.
- Now, click on the app name shown, it’ll take you go app settings. On that page, you’ll see options to “Uninstall” or “Force Stop” the app. If the app is something you use alot, like Messenger, Force close it. If it’s not something you need on daily basis like Clean Master, uninstall it. Your problem will be solved.
